Who Am I?
My name is Joseph Pu. I’m the president and founder of a home inspection company called JP Home Inspection. We are based in Hacienda Heights, California. Right from the very beginning my mission has been to protect you from buying a “Money Pit”. I will personally inspect your home. My inspections exceed the California Real Estate Inspection Association (CREIA) Standards of Practice, which is the gold standard in our industry. I have all the inspection equipments such as Moisture Meter, GFCI Electrical Tester, Infrared Thermometer, AC Voltage Detector, Carbon Monoxide (CO) Detector….etc. A home inspection from us can free you from worry about a home’s condition and bring peace of mind.

We strongly encourage clients to attend the ON SITE HOME INSPECTION. You should feel free to ask us any questions you may have during the inspection process. We will point out problems and explain them to you. We will also show you the good points of the house as well. Plus, we will explain why routine maintenance is needed to keep your new house in top condition. This will help you to get the most benefit from the HOME INSPECTION and gain understanding of the systems and components that make up your home.
